Returns and Exchanges
We happily accept refunds and exchanges, our returns policy is as follows:
- Tru Apparel operates a 14 day returns policy
- Items must be with us by the 14th day.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us.
- Returns are valid so long as items are returned unused/unworn.
- It is your responsibility to make sure you use a recorded and trackable service to refund goods. We cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.
- All refunds will be made via the original method of postage.
- If your item is faulty please send it back to us as soon as you can. We'll try our best to replace it, in the event this is not possible a full refund will be given.
